Well, Replit just said "nah" to that.
Their new mobile app lets you code anywhere – even while waiting for your laundry to finish.
With a fancy "coding joystick" (yes, that's a thing now) and AI assistance from Ghostwriter, they're turning your phone from a TikTok machine into a pocket-sized IDE.
Fun fact: 20% of Replit users already code on mobile.
The future is here, and it doesn't require pants!
Hold onto your wallets – AI apps raked in $1.4B in 2024, with ChatGPT hogging 44% of the pie. The forecast for 2025? A cool $2B+.
Americans are particularly enthusiastic, accounting for 64% of spending.
However, ChatGPT might need to watch its back, as new players like Deepseek are entering the game with free alternatives.
